I. General Rules

Basic rules

  1. Third party programs and Modifications of any kind are forbidden,
  2. Naked killing, shrines, potions and mercenaries are forbidden,
  3. Players are to play fairly and behave mannered,
  4. Maps must be cleared of all monsters,
  5. Duels take place in normal difficulty in the Blood Moor area. One party starts in cold plains waypoint and the other party at the town exit of the Roque Encampment. The duel starts when ALL players in both parties have said ".go",
  6. Rules only apply if they effect the duel,
  7. Precasting any spell before the start of a match is not allowed,
  8. Inventory must be fully filled (40 slots) with charms, arrows/bolts or throwing weapons. Nothing else,
  9. When a player leaves bloodmoor during a fight he counts as dead and can no longer participate in that round. Teleporting characters that accidently teleport to town, are allowed to re-enter the bloodmore without having healed or being camped at the town gate,
  10. Player(s) must be active in duels. Intentional hiding or running away to replenish life is forbidden. Corner/house camping is also forbidden,
  11. Changing equipment is allowed between rounds only if the items you want to change to are in your stash before the duel game started,
  12. Maps can be rejected once per party,
  13. 1v1 and 2v2 We play on maps without a square. 3v3 and 4v4 we play on maps without a bridge and with square,
  14. All players must agree to show a screenshot of their map or other elements in game if another party requests it. This must be done without anyone leaving the current game for any reason. If a player drops from the game when screenshots is asked, it will count as loss to his party and cause further sanctions for this player. Screenshots must be taken inside duel area with /time command, map and other elements as requested visible on it,
  15. If your opponent requests charms/equipment check, you must agree to it and do it immediately without visiting stash or leaving game,
  16. Intentionally creating desynch, for example by switching slots excessively, is not allowed.

Special rules

  1. Rejoining a game because of the Anya resist bug is allowed, leaving the game for any other reason will result in a loss,
  2. Amazons are not allowed to return to town to refill arrows/bolts, however stacking arrows/bolts somewhere in the duel area is allowed.

Tournament rules

  1. If a player drops during a match, the opponent party has to wait 15 minutes maximum for the dropped player to return. If the dropped player has not returned within 15 minutes, the dropped player will lose the match (1v1). If similar situation arouses in team vs team, the fight has to continue without the dropped player. If a player drops in the middle of a round, ongoing round must be finished without the dropped player. After round is finished, the 15 minutes wait time begins,
  2. Duel time is limited to 60 minutes in tournaments. When time limit is due, current round is played to an end, and result so far counts. If result is a tie, another round has to be played in order to decide the winner in case of playoffs. Otherwise (groups match) the result remain as a tie (NOTE: this rule doesn't apply "free terms"),
  3. A player may only represent one team in a tournament. If a player from a team is unable to play, a backup player may take his place. The backup player must be of the same class as the original player and must be ready to play within 15 minutes,
  4. Rounds which end in a draw (last two players dying simultaneously) without frags for both sides.

Penalties

  1. Automatic penalty for minor rule break: Previous round is lost, so are those that were won by the party who broke rule. Rule-breaks considered minor: Cases that go under "human error", i.e having 1% too much resist or one run charm too much,
  2. Automatic penalty for any bigger rule break is full loss in match where it happened,
  3. Contact a judge in case of rule breaks. The judge decides on possible further penalties, depending on the severity of the case,
  4. Penalties may be: disqualification of team/player from tournament/league or disqualification of player in team from tournament/league.

II. Limitations

Banned Items

  1. Bugged items are forbidden,
  2. The runewords Grief, Fortitude and Spirit (in weapon) are banned,
  3. Skills of other class cannot be used unless specifically allowed elsewhere,
  4. Items giving auras when equipped are not allowed (Exception: "Beast" in TvT),
  5. Items with "Slow Target by xx%" are forbidden,
  6. Items with "Knockback" are forbidden,
  7. Items with Chance to Cast "Amplify Damage" or "Decrepify" or "Iron Maiden" are forbidden,
  8. Items with Chance to Cast "Life Tap" are forbidden, (Exceptions: Barbarian, Trap-Assassins, Melee Druid),
  9. Ethereal items without indestructable or self-repair mod are forbidden. (Exception: weapons not used for melee attacks).

Item Limitations

  1. Amazons are not allowed to use rare javelins from accounts 3rareweapons and 3rareweapons2, this doesnt concern amazon only javelins (like Matriarchalny Oszczep) with no more than 300% enhanced damage (ED),
  2. Rare bows with dmg 420+ (with jewels) are forbidden (TvT),
  3. Maximum of 2 Rainbow Facet jewels per element,
  4. Items with "Reduce Enemy Lightning Resistance" count as 2 lightning facets,
  5. Blizzard Sorceress may not use any +% to cold skill damage,
  6. Maximum +40% to cold skill damage on Orb Sorceress,
  7. "Rising Sun" amulet and "Blackoak shield" are forbidden to be used as absorb item,
  8. Maximum of 35% open wounds total. Melee characters without ranged attack can use unlimited open wounds vs Sorceress and Necromancer (1v1 and TvT).

Limited Skills

  1. Poison damage dealing skills are not allowed on all characters.

Banned Charms

  1. Hellfire Torch,
  2. Charms with poison damage are forbidden,
  3. Paladin defensive aura skill charms are forbidden.

Resistances

  1. All resist limits in rules include resists gained from items, charms, Anya quest rewards and auras. Barbarian skill Natural resistance doesnt count in resist limits.

Strength Bug

  1. Characters must be able to pick up all items (except gloves and belts) without any strenght from charms, switching slots or visiting stash,
  2. Items may be strenght bugged on "Precasting-Slot", if the slot is not used during the duel (Recasting Precasting-Skills is not considered "used"),
  3. Strenght bug rules do not apply to teleporting characters.
